Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PostMyWay, which is operated by Comet Orbit LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. PostMyWay is in private beta, so features may change.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Your content and your rights

• You keep ownership of your videos and everything you create with PostMyWay.
• You give us permission to store and process your content only to provide the service to you, such as clipping, captioning and, when you ask, publishing.
• You promise that you own each video you upload, import or post, or that you have permission to use and post it. Do not use PostMyWay to copy or repost other people's videos without permission.
• You are responsible for your captions, music, any promotional or sponsored content, and for using the disclosure labels the platforms require.

3. Publishing to social platforms

• We publish only to accounts you connect, only when you ask, and only the content, visibility and schedule you approve.
• Each platform has its own rules and limits, and you must follow them: the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta's terms and policies for Facebook and Instagram, and TikTok's terms and guidelines. By using our YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Platforms can limit, remove or refuse content and can change their APIs. We cannot guarantee that a post will be accepted or delivered.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use PostMyWay to break the law, infringe others' rights, spread spam or deceptive content, harass anyone, post content you do not have rights to, get around platform limits or rules, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is during the beta. We may change, pause or end features, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. See Data deletion.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, PostMyWay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, or content removed or restricted by a third-party platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

8. Changes to these terms

We will update this page if the terms change and ask you to agree to material changes.
