Privacy Policy

PostMyWay is operated by Comet Orbit LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States ("we", "us"). PostMyWay helps creators clip videos, plan posts and publish them to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you can delete it. If anything here is unclear, write to support@postmyway.com.

1. What we collect

• Account details. Your email address, your name, whether you use PostMyWay as a creator or a brand, and the platforms and account name or link you choose to tell us at sign-up.
• Sign-in information. If you continue with Google, we receive your verified email address and name from Google. We never receive your Google password. If you use an emailed one-time code, we store only a scrambled (hashed) form of the code until it expires or is used.
• Your content. Videos you upload or import, and the clips, thumbnails, captions and transcripts we create from them, plus your brand kit and scheduled posts.
• Connected social accounts. When you choose to connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube, we receive an access token and basic account details (such as your account name and ID) from that platform. Tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to do what you ask.
• Technical data. A sign-in cookie (kept private to the app) and a small marker cookie that lets our website send you to your dashboard. We also keep short-lived server logs for security and debugging.

2. How we use it

We use your information only to run PostMyWay: to sign you in, process your videos, show your clips and calendar, and, when you tell us to, publish a post to a connected account. We do not sell your data, we do not show advertising, and we do not use your data to build advertising profiles.

3. Social platforms and their APIs

PostMyWay only publishes to your accounts when you ask it to. You review and approve each post, including its visibility, before anything is sent. We never change a post's visibility, caption or schedule without your instruction, and we never ask for your passwords on those platforms.

YouTube

PostMyWay uses YouTube API Services. By using our YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and your use of YouTube is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke PostMyWay's access to your YouTube data at any time in your Google security settings.

PostMyWay's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Instagram and Facebook

When you connect an Instagram professional account or a Facebook Page, we use Meta's official APIs and only the permissions you approve in Meta's dialog. We use them to publish the posts you schedule. You can remove PostMyWay at any time in your Facebook settings under Business Integrations.

TikTok

When you connect TikTok, we use TikTok's official Content Posting API and only the permissions you approve. We show your TikTok account name, ask you to choose who can view each video and which interactions to allow, and publish only after you confirm. You can remove PostMyWay in TikTok under Settings and privacy, then Security, then Manage app permissions.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with companies that help us run the service, and only as needed:

• Cloudflare for our website, security and secure connection to our servers.
• Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) to send your sign-in emails.
• MongoDB Atlas to store account and sign-in records.
• Google, Meta and TikTok when you connect your accounts there and ask us to post.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal data.

5. How long we keep it

• Your account and content stay until you delete your account.
• When you delete your account, we delete your account record, sessions, videos, clips and scheduled posts. See Data deletion. Deletion requests are completed as soon as possible and within 7 days.
• If you disconnect a platform inside PostMyWay, we revoke its token immediately and delete the related data within 7 days. If you revoke access from Google's, Meta's or TikTok's own settings, we delete the related data within 30 days.
• Data we fetch from YouTube is not stored for more than 30 days without being refreshed.

6. Your choices

You can delete your account in Settings inside the app, disconnect any platform, or ask us to correct or delete your data by writing to support@postmyway.com. See Data deletion for step-by-step instructions.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections, store access tokens encrypted, keep sign-in cookies private to our app, and limit who can reach our servers. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your own accounts safe.

8. Children

PostMyWay is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and ask you to agree again before using your data in a new way.
